- Wednesday 10th August - Sprint, opening ceremony, seminar
- Thursday 11th August - Middle distance, banquet
- Friday 12th August - Excursions, EFOL annual meeting
- Saturday 13th August - Relay, closing ceremony, departure
- The Event Centre is at Natrudstilen which is situated 20 km east of Lillehammer. Natrudstilen is widely known for its skiing possibilities, but is also much used in the summer.
